When Will My Order Arrive?

When you will receive your order depends on where you live and the shipping option you selected. All orders usually take 2-7 business days.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Is it safe to enter my credit card number?

At Hot Touch Products, buying from our web site is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. What is "My Cart"?

My Cart is a helpful shopping tool that displays the items you've added to your cart. You can access your cart contents at any time by clicking the "My Cart" icon.

How can I buy multiple quantities of an item?

If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your cart, change the number in the "quantity" box. Be sure to click the "update" button to confirm the changes.

How do I remove items from My Cart?

If you wish to remove an item you have placed in your cart, check the box under the column labeled "remove", then click the "update" button.

Does the total displayed in My Cart include shipping and taxes?

The initial total includes the cost of the items and shipping. Taxes, however, are appended to the total only after your residence is determined.

After I've added one item to My Cart, how do I add another item before I checkout?

Click "Continue Shopping"; find the item you want; then, click "Add to Cart". You can add as many items as you want before checkout.

After I've added items to My Cart, how do I check out?

Click "Checkout". It's the bottom button at the right.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Is there a safe shopping guarantee?

Is there a return policy?

Hot Touch Products offers only fine quality merchandise. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will either: a) Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways), or b) Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check). Please note: we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Do the products come with a warranty?

All of our products come with a 12-month warranty.

What if my shipment is damaged?

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps if there appears to be shipping damage: 1) Quickly contact your local UPS, Airborne Express or Postal Office for a Damage Inspection Report. 2) Request that UPS, Airborne Express, or Postal Office return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit. 3) Please feel free to call or email us with any further questions.
